Ok, so here i am. Back to blogging about life, training, and my experiences with living and non living things. For those who used to keep up with the trackshark blogs, well, i had one going for awhile and actually wasnt sure if anybody read it... until i would go to meets and people would point at me with their index finGaS ( i have a "Wista" , Ma accent) and wanted to know if i was that guy who had that blog on trackshark. After trackshark shut down, i had requests that i get another blog...so here i am, not necessarily back by popular demand, but just by basic demand.  I have been training since last july, so keep that in mind when i start saturating your mind with my current workouts.

So, Alittle about myself. I run the 400m with P.R.s of 47.24 indoors and 46.49 outdoors. I was also apart of a 3:08 4x400 that consisted of just homies and gnomies from Massachusetts. I love track... just the whole aspect- training, racing, spandex... and track has been good to me, so i keep it around to balance out the other craziness in my life. I have a crazy life btw, you will probably be hearing some stories about my wild adventures and crazy friends etc. We will see though, i dont want to scare people or incriminate myself, as i have been known to bend the rules when it comes to life. Basically, if i told you my parents were steve buscemi and gary busey- you wouldnt be surprised.

Ok so on with the good stuff. Right now, im going through a general prep cycle again, as indoors was more of a training grounds for outdoors. My workouts from last week were as follows:

Also, i am just giving the main workouts, just know before each workout, i do about 30-45 minutes of warm ups/ sprint drills/ accells/ bakin bread/ lickin lead/ fackin fred

Monday: 14x200 @ 30 w/ 1:30 rest    30 degrees out

Tuesday: Got to a indoor track- 2x20, 2x30, 2x40, 2x60, 1x40 , 2x60 with full recovery

Wensday: Medball circuits and lifting shit

Thursday: legs felt stupid sore after lifting shit the day before... That totally rhymes.. but i did a workout anyways- 6x200 @ 24,25,24,25,26,24 2 min rest

Friday: Medball curcuits and went into a playground and tried to beat up as many people as i could before getting beat up or when 10 minutes passed, which ever came first.

So i beat up 6 people with 30 seconds rest in between then i got beat up. pretty good workout

Saturday: Recover from birthday festivites and talked with my Dad over some coffee. I made it clear to him that i dont take no shit from no playground dwellers.

Sunday: 3x2x100  2 min between reps and 4-5 min between sets. Friggen day, and most were in a headwind, but i was happy with the results... went too fast on the first one, but times are as follows:

1st set: 10.5, 10.7

2nd set: 10.9, 10.9

3rd set: 10.9, 10.9

So it was a good week, some goals for next week is to have a productive training week before my first outdoor race in Orlando at the Walt Disney classic. I hope to improve on my playground beatdown workout and perhaps not get beat up this week. I also hope that mutha luvin Mickey Mouse dont try nothing fancy or creative on my ass cause i will counteract with some rocky marciano sign language if ya get my drift.
