So today is Wendsday. Wendsday usually consist of a struggle through my first class, which is a lab that involves science, that absolutely does not stimulate any neurons in my brain or cause brain erections. The teacher usually teaches us the wrong thing, not that i listen too well anyway, but i mean if i was this could be a real life problem. 

Perhaps i dislike science so much because i believe we should leave all that fancy smancy shit alone... when its time to die, dont get your genes mutated to live to 200 or get some medicine to stay alive but still feel like shit, rather let life take its natural course, and just have fun while your here....  I guess I would describe myself as a unorthodox hippie.... where i take showers, cut my hair, go to vegas, destruct lawn ornimates, and drive a car...but at the same time i try to not put anything in my body that doesnt come from the ground, dislike going to the doctors, only drink microbrew beers ,refuse any shots or vaccines ( unless im forced to for school), and dont take any kind of medicine that a old chinese dude didnt grow in his garden ( much respect ancient chinese herbalists)

Where is this rant going? i have no idea. But after my science class i go to a Psychology seminar class on Consciousness.... Cheesus, if you ever want to rethink EVERYTHING you do and why you do it in life... or even contemplate if we actually exist... take a class in consciousness. Shit makes you think, perhaps too much...theres actually a warning in the book that if you become depressed or suicidal while reading it, you should seek professional help... well no shit huh? Maybe its best i dont pay attention in this class as well..... in all reality though, i love this class... what i try to do is just disagree with everyone just to be that guy.

 

Anyways as for the track, ive been cutting down the weights ALOT as i really dont need to get any max strength stronger, as im pretty strong for a 400 guy- bench 300, squat 365x5. clean 260 blah blah... so ive been focusing on my true love- just bodyweight exercises- shit tons of pullups and dips etc.... As for the track, here has been the week so far

Sunday: 3x2x100 - times are in the previous blog

Monday- 3x350 @ 47 into a absolute rediculous wind the last 150   5 min rest

Tuesday- tempo- 2x300 2 min rest 3x200 1 min rest and 10x100 30 sec rest all @ roughly 28 200 speed.
