Hello everybody,

Here I am... back in the badass state of Massachussetts, in the All- American city of Lowell, forging bullets out of baby's tears and riding cannons. Spring break was a successful trip on ALL accounts. During the week i enjoyed plenty of time in the hot tub, eating various peices of trash left around the hotel, and hot tub. hot tub. I also bonded with many teamates and formed a Unit with Nicole and Amy. We havent picked a letter to put in front of the Unit, like G or a word like Delivery, but i think with some brainstorming we are very capable of coming up with a badass name.

In the prelims on friday, i ran a 47.15 going through the 200 in 21.9 into a headwind... i went through the 200 exactly as i wanted, as it felt very very relaxed. I finished up fairly strong considering the next person in my heat ran a 50.1 , so there wasnt too much pushing.

In the finals on saturday, i was thinking too much. I went through the 200 @ 22.2 on a BEAUTIFUL day with almost NO wind... BLAAAHHH, its ok though, a learning experience. I had a awesome race against Jamal Wood of Iowa Western and Mike Eddy of Princeton. We all pushed eachother pretty hard the last 100m but they got the best of me at the end as i started to do the rusty robot dance as the finish line got closer. It was a great race and lots of fun. I love races like that, even when you dont come out on top its such a great feeling pushing yourself and not being afraid to win or lose. So my final time was 46.96 to Mike Eddy 46.82 and Jamal Wood 46.70. My teamates took some good videos so once they upload them ( eh em BLAZON) i will post them. The race videos that is, not the other spring break ones.

All in all, this is my fastest outdoor opener ever, so perhaps there is something to come of it. Immediately after the meet, the whole team was ready to get crazy. And We did. I will simply say i had one of the best times in a LONG time ( a week) that saturday night and im just not sure the stories are appropriate for this blog. i will leave it at that.

I would also like to give a shoutout to teamates Ruben Sanca and Time Guerin for posting the fastest times in their events so far in D2, Tim with the auto in the steeple and Ruben just off the auto in the 10,000. Also, Shoutout to Ruben for his actions saturday night. i have photos.

So at that, here is this week thus far.

Sunnyday: travel day

Munchie day: 10x200 @ 29 2 min rest to get the legs moving- rainy, cold, and windy- welcome back to Massachusetts.   Lifting as well

Actual times: Broken 600s- 30-40-28, 30-45-30 (thumbs up), 30-40-30 //////// 3x200- 26.5/ 2 min rest/ 27.5/ 1 min rest/ 24.9

Wendle dendle day- easy day- weight lifting and fairy tale talking

Man, i cant wait until im done with college. People will always say i will miss it, but im not too sure on that. Being a full time student, a full time athlete, and holding down a job is just alittle much... i feel once i knock out one of those ( student) i will have a much more free time to go destroy things and break massive amounts of guiness book world records that no one really cares about.  stay crazy crazies
